Eine Anmeldung an die Datenbank erfolgt während diese gerade hoch- oder heruntergefahren wird.

3.) Lösungsvorschläge

Überpüfen, ob die Datenbank tatsächlich gerade gestartet oder gestoppt wird.

Falls dem so ist, besteht kein weiterer Handlungsbedarf, außer zu warten , bis die Datenbank wieder zur Verfügung steht.
